GAZA

Disorder, sacred disruption.
Walls, imaginary borders.
Revision, leads to expulsion.
Hunger, humiliation, heart broken.
Instigated anger.

Help, never comes.
Hope, never leaves.
Faith, slowly fading.
Truth, covered up.

We burned the night sky.
We hurt the soil.

Rules are bent, brittle bones.
Warnings are mocked, brewing blood.

Are you going to stand there and do nothing?
How can you sleep at night when I wake up all day?

Gentle persuasion doesn’t work, aggressive attack doesn’t work.
Not even a playful tick can resolve.
Humanity is dead.
